Notes (if any):

Please note that the presentation is awarded to the presenter indicated above. Due to the complexity of the programme and the large number of submissions, except in rare instances we have only been able to award one presentation per participant.

Information for presenters will be posted on the AMEE website soon, including full details of the various presentation formats and the structure of the programme. We are unable to confirm presentation dates and times until the full programme has been completed. The final programme will be on the AMEE website by end July.

Please ensure that the presenter registers for the Conference if they have not already done so: Since we are working to a very tight deadline, acceptance of your abstract is conditional upon the presenter registering and paying the appropriate registration fee by 7 June. If the presenter is not able to register by this date please let us know in order not to risk having your presentation removed from the programme. Don’t forget that they can save money by registering before 7 June. If they register online and pay by credit card, this will result in further savings.

If there are any errors in the title, names of the authors or the address you have given in the abstract please let us know by email as soon as possible.

If the presenter requires a visa please ensure they register for the Conference as soon as possible and request a letter of invitation from the AMEE Office to support their application.

If there’s anything else you need to know we will be pleased to help.

Kind regards
